Request
Procedure
To request access to records, the requester must
complete the prescribed form:

Once submitted, Sweesen Solutions will:

Assess in accordance with PAIA and POPIA
·
Provide a response using the prescribed format
Outcome of
Request
The outcome of a request will be communicated
